  • Delivery Details: Your physical home address for shipping.

  • Visual Data: Photographs, digital scans, and the physical pieces of your child’s original artwork.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Service Delivery: To communicate with you about your commission, design the layout, and safely ship the finished piece.

  • Production & Approval: We may temporarily store digital photos of the artwork layout "dry-fit" for your review and approval before finalizing the collage.

  • Marketing & Social Media (Optional): We love celebrating young artists! With your explicit, separate consent, we may share photographs or videos of the creation process or the completed piece on our Instagram page (@treasure.collage @thelittlegoldstudio) or website. We will never share your child's name or your specific location without additional written permission.

3. Storage and Security

  • Physical Art: Your child's original artwork is kept securely in our studio throughout the design and assembly process until it is safely returned or permanently preserved in the final piece.

  • Digital Data: All digital photographs, emails, and contact details are stored securely on password-protected devices and platforms.

  • Data Retention: We retain your billing and contact details for 7 years to comply with standard UK tax and accounting rules. Digital images of the artwork are kept for up to 2 years for portfolio purposes, unless you request their earlier deletion.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your data. We only share essential information with trusted providers to run our business:

  • Shipping Providers: (e.g., Royal Mail or tracked couriers) to deliver your completed collage.

  • Payment Processors: Secure third-party platforms to safely handle your payments.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request that we correct or erase your personal data (the "Right to be Forgotten").

  • Withdraw your consent for us to use photos of your child's art for social media or marketing at any time.
